We will meet anyone to show them one of our pups anywhere in the Birmingham area. If you are from out of town, we can meet you a little further out from Birmingham.
OUT OF STATE DELIVERIES OR SHIPPING
All cost of dog/pup and shipping will have to be paid in full before flight arrangements are made.
We do ship puppies year round either by delta airlines or continental airlines. Continental is our preferred shipper but due to high fuel costs they no longer ship (live puppies) from Birmingham so therefore in order to ship continental we now have to get the pup to Atlanta or Pensacola for shipping with them.
We only ship within the United States at the present time.
Puppies can be shipped as soon as they reach 8 weeks of age, if they are of a size to maintain their blood sugar levels. If they are very small we will wait until the pup is 10 - 16 weeks of age.
if you don't have an airport that contenental or delta ships pups too, we can ship by different airlines and price will have to be adjusted.
We also deliver by car if within a state or two or within reason and can make arrangements also to meet someone half way. We offer delivery to Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennesee, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Indiana, Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri and Virginia. Pups being delivered by car can be delivered as soon as they are weaned and eating on their own (normally by 6 weeks of age) and have had their physical exam by my vet and their first series of shots. Carriers are not included in the car delivered price so please bring one or let us know if you need to purchase one as we have them available. There is a charge for delivery by auto also but sometimes not as much as by air.
All air shipping is $350 *. puppy base rate, (*subject to change with todays fuel prices if they go back up and size of carrier and pup) $500 for adult base ratewhich includes air fare, kennel carrier, pre-flight vet visit and certificates and innoculations and transportation to the airport. **Base rate is the very least we can ship for but there are factors that can make it go up and not all pups can be sent for base rate. It depends on the size carrier we have to use, and the weight of the pup/dog once its shipped. A 1lb difference in weight can jump the price up sometimes 50-100. We will keep the shipping as low as we can.
The airfare is not the only thing making up shipping costs. There is the cost of the carrier, vet visit to obtain the health certificate and innoculations it needs for shipping. I do not ship COD.

Any pup shipped by air will arrive with copies of its paperwork in airline package and the original papers will be mailed to you in UPS or FEDEX packages. Most times you have the papers within 2 days of paying final payment on pup.
Shipping on Bird: Tango will be shipped via Continental Airlines. Shipping will include shipping crate for him, any health certificates needed, and ground shipping for the cage and packing and preparing it for shipment. Bird and shipping will be $1350.
